I am a Visiting Professor of External Engagement at Aston University, UK.

My research interests include ADHD, obesity, diabetes, exercise physiology, ageing, and breast cancer.

I have published over 100 peer-reviewed articles, and my work has been funded by the UK Research Councils, charities, and the European Union.

I was previously an editor for the journal Biogerontology, Board member for the British Society for Research on Ageing and Executive Committee member for the World Congress on Exercise Medicine.
